- 16 oz red wine (500 ml)
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- ½ package of 1.75 oz fruit pectin (25 g)
- 1 orange peel only
- ½ tsp cinnamon ground
- ½ tsp chipotle powder
Instructions
Prepare Ingredients:

- Mix sugar, pectin, cinnamon, and chipotle. Set aside.
Cooking the red wine jelly:
